The moment of Truth. This is ricockulous. I’d like to think that if the writer’s returned from strike that a show such as this would not air, but I know better. The Moment of Truth is a reality show where people are asked unscrupulous questions while attached to a lie detector to win money. If they lie, they lose. If they tell the truth, they will probably destroy their lives. Questions such as, “Have you ever had an affair?” are typical. It’s like the Jerry Springer Game Show.
In fact, why don’t they really rake in the dough and create a play at home version. As you unravel your relationships you can earn points! You can trade in these points for mini-chairs and shoes. You can use these shoes and chairs to throw at your loved ones as the skeletons fall out of the closet. It’s fun for the whole family!
I am a marketing genius.

I've been ok dealing with the strike...some of my favorite shows have been rationing out episodes and there is LOST coming back soon but eventually it will run out and even cable with the home remodeling shows and Dirty Jobs on discovery will go into repeat, i'll have watched all DVRed Oprahs, AI will be over and I'll be forced to..... wait, now i can actually catch up on some of my reading.
In all seriousness i avoid shows like you mentioned like the plague. Remember that show they tried w/ John MacEnroe as the host where they semi tortured or "stress tested" the person while they were trying to answer questions....that didn't last long. I predict this won't either. it's horrible. Why would you even go on that show if you did have something to hide?...Sa
Why do you watch so much tv?
it's our entertainment many weekend nights.... we never get to movies anymore or rent dvds. I don't watch as much as it sounds like i do...some of that was joking. Most of it's still on the DVR and hasn't been watched.
