At Home

I forgot how wonderful and admittedly boring it can be to stay at home. I have lapsed into long afternoon naps as I have to stay up late to get any writing done. Even now as I type I am audience to a magic trick involving a toy spider and a Play-Doh oven. Ah, here comes the Play-Doh fridge, now.

But don't worry, my day has been much more exciting than it sounds. While taking a shower, my 78 year-old grandma entered the room asking me if I could take a call with the phone stretched out towards the shower. Upon exiting the shower, I find a hand written message of a name I don't know and a 9 digit phone number. Next, I made a bowl of Dora soup for Bella. This resulted in being merely an exercise in noodle forensics. After she identified all the Dora character noodles she was done "eating."

Moving on to bigger projects, I cleaned out the hall closet, which resulted in 4 bags of trash! Followed by art time with paint. Oh, and then we played Angel World and Bella received a prank call from God. That God he's such a kidder.

Prank call from God? Sometimes I think he sets up prank situations...those ones you find yourself in and go "you've GOT to be kidding me!".
I too would love to stay home...bet i've got more than 4 bags of trash/ give-away items stashed in my abode.
(4 though? I didn't think that closet was THAT big........)
